The word Reiki is made up of two words; Rei meaning Universal; Ki meaning Life Force Energy.

Life Force Energy flows through everyone. Without it we cannot be alive in this world. All things are made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies, generally unseen by the human eye. Should your Life Force Energy be low this could make you susceptible to feeling stressed and becoming ill. When Life Force Energy is high you are more capable of being healthy, happy and able to cope better with what life has in store for you.

Reiki practitioners are channels of energy, which the recepient unconsciously draws to the appropriate area restoring order to the body and thus increasing the body's vibrational frequency.

Reiki is a way of being spiritual without necessarily being religious.

Reiki Sessions

A session of Reiki can revitalise and energise the body. Removing energy blockages and directing energy to those areas of the body that need it. Reiki is a widely used and respected energetic healing technique.
