I am trained to Degree I in the Dr Usui Reiki System and qualified to Master / Teacher / Practioner Level in the Ascension Reiki & Angelic Hosts of Light System. I hold a City & Guilds of London Institute Teachers Certificate in Adult and Further Education, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal & Business Coaching

awarded by the University of Chester, starting an MA in Coaching in Autumn 2009.

I have over twenty years experience coaching and mentoring in the public, private and voluntary sector, and am a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists, the Coaching Circle, European Mentoring & Coaching Circle, Guild of Beauty Therapists and Guild of Holistic Therapists and covered with appropriate insurance for the services I offer. I am able to travel to any mutual agreeable location to suit your requirements. I am a resident therapist at Bodybalance in Stourbridge if you would like to see me there.

I was drawn to the ancient Japanese art of Reiki healing which has changed my life and the quality of it in many ways. Reiki is a personal journey of enlightenment and healing and therefore it has not been easy. The adage "no pain no gain" is quite true, but it is possible to change into the person the Creator intended you to be, and realise our "true potential.

As a Coach, or as I prefer "Facilitator for Development", I am able to assist and support individuals make the changes necessary to achieve and live the life they want.

Using a combination of Coaching & Reiki Energy can have a powerful effect on an individual's personal and spiritual growth.

We are all unique and though perfection may seem unobtainable, we are being the best we can be, however we could be so much.
