I have over twenty years experience of coaching, mentoring, training & facilitation in the public, private and voluntary sector.

Experience. I am an Associate Consultant with Forward Together Consulting delivering coaching, mentoring and leadership training, as well as a being a Business & Progression Mentor with the Princes Trust. From 2006-2011 I wrote a monthly column in Jane's Police Review covering issues around personal, professional & organisational development and equality & diversity.

Qualifications. MA in Coaching & Mentoring for Personal, Business & Organisational Development, Post Graduate Certfiicate in Personal & Business Coaching, a City of London Teaching Certificate in Adult & Further Education and a UK-TEFL Certficate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).

Professional Membership. I am a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council UK (EMCC ) and the Association for Coaching.

Services Offered. As a coach-mentor, or as I prefer "Facilitator for Development", I am able to assist and support individuals make the changes necessary to achieve and live the life they want. I use my skills, knowledge and expertise in delivering my services to groups by facilitating workshops and have been a keynote speaker at a number of events.
My services include coaching and mentoring on a one-to-one basis to individuals to support them in identifying goals and strategies to achieve their potential, be that personal or professional, and teaching English as a foreign language.

I believe we are all unique and though perfection may seem unobtainable, are we being the best we can be? We could be so much more with the right amount of guidance and support.
